Unit Specification:
-rectification of sprinkler system from a wall mounted type to a ceiling mounted type
-every window in the first row upper part which was a fixed panel was converted into a window that can be opened anytime to ensure natural air flow
-the extension of the loft slab to create more room
-implementation of the master bathroom including partition walls, insulation, ventilation and jalousie type windows,
-all appliances are of the highest quality
-air conditioning: two split type air conditioning units installed.
-the tiles are imported from Italy
-kitchen cabinets, clothing cabinet
-in the ceiling we installed metal framing, insulation materials, acoustic board. All materials were of the highest quality and imported.
-electrical included pin lights, all necessary electrical outlets for the entire suite. All electrical wires were embedded in electrical pipes ¾, ½ which is a standard much higher than required in the Philippines.
-One of the most important things is the plumbing. The piping system is from Phoenix in a dimension of ½ inch pipes including all fittings and installation and the waste line is 2 inches from Atlanta. This imported system was costly but far superior to anything available in the Philippines.
