Once the unit has been turned over, that’s when the monthly equity starts ranging from P8,680 to P10,780 for a single flat and P17,360 to P21,560 for a double flat. The remaining balance is payable through Pag-IBIG or Bank Financing. You can have it reserved for only P5,000 for a single flat or P7,500 for a double flat.
