Priveya Hills is a project of Aboitizland, a subsidiary of the Aboitiz Group of Companies. It is one of the most prominent land development companies in Cebu and other parts of the Visayas.

If you have school-age children, there are more than a dozen schools and learning institutions that are within a kilometer radius of the Priveya Hills community. Among them are Talamban Christian School, Children’s Paradise Montessori, Bright Academy and English Fella Academy. In close proximity to the subdivision are Cebu International School and Ateneo De Cebu.
